BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION This position develops and delivers training programs to benefit dealers, customers, and employees, specializing in Large Ag equipment, but training in various additional lines of equipment, working closely with the Product Marketing personnel for these products. The instructional approaches in scope for development and delivery by this role are diverse and include traditional ILT, vILT/Webinars, WBT/eLearning, instructional short-form videos, and job aids. Work is assessed using quantitative and qualitative metrics. The role also provides input based on the incumbent's experience to propose and/or inform process improvements to benefit the department and its stakeholders, and mentors or coaches less experienced personnel. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures and guidelines:
1.Develop and Deliver training on challenging/complex programs to positively impact dealers, customers, and company personnel. Engage with or direct suppliers as needed to accomplish development and delivery. 2.Collaborate with Instructional Design personnel to effectively perform Analysis and Design activities. 3. Engage with stakeholders to identify potential training programs, helping prioritize these opportunities working with Kubota University leaders. 4. Engage with Subject Matter Experts to gain insights that can be used to create effective training programs. 5. Participate in the evaluation and continual improvement of training programs, including administrative tasks related to training development and delivery. 6.Participate in the procurement, management, and disposal of equipment used in training programs. 7.Research, recommend, and participate in professional development activities to continually grow professional capabilities. 8.Responsible and accountable to manage training-related resources (tools, equipment, rooms, and other assets) used to develop and/or deliver training. 9.Coach and mentor less-experienced personnel in the training organization and/or other functional areas of Kubota Tractor. Position-holders may also manage internship programs for the training organization. SPECIAL PROJECTS This role can be called upon to collaborate with other functional areas to participate in or lead significant portions of dealer- and/or customer- facing activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

years' experience with applied adult learning principles (ADDIE, etc.) and presenting instructor lead and virtual-based training programs. Experience utilizing a corporate university/LMS preferred. Effective communication, presentation, and written communication skills, particularly leveraging the MS Office Suite. Experience with eLearning development programs (Articulate, Captivate) preferred. Ability to engage with colleagues globally to align/coordinate work activities across time zones in a Web-based setting. Experience safely and effectively operating Agricultural equipment, Construction equipment, Commercial and/or Turf maintenance equipment and/or Utility Vehicles. The ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a highly professional manner, collaborating effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English. Similar capabilities in Spanish would be beneficial. EQUIPMENT OPERATION (% of time, description, nature of service):
This position regularly (30-50% of the time) operates a wide variety of Kubota and partner equipment in order to set up and conduct training programs. This may include demonstrating features, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting/diagnosing technical issues, or other activities depending on the training objectives of the program. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position will require walking, standing and sitting to use a computer, along with light lifting commonly affiliated with an office environment .It will require the ability to set up training environments by adding/removing components or attachments as well as operating Kubota and competitive equipment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The position will require travel up to 30-50% of the time, with most of this travel occurring during peak training delivery seasons. International travel may be required.

Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
